Steel City is one of the best customer service I have come across. I had purchased a tshirt brand new back in October last year. I had it hanging on a hanger with tags still attached. Then noticed a small hole on the back side or the arm sleeve. I contacted Steel City and let them know. They responded quickly and shipped me out a replacement tshirt.
Because there service was so good, I ended up ordering more clothes. Just received the new clothes and they look and fit perfectly!
