When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after you complete your purchase.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS. 

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping is $5.99 and usually takes 2-5 business days.  Priority shipping is $7.99 and usually takes 1-3 business days. International shipping starts at $20.00.  And we offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to nearly every country in the world.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number.  It may take a few hours for the tracking to update.  You'll also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you received it.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and you can also pay via PayPal.

Do you have a retail store?

YES!  We do!  We're located at 625 Smithfield St. Pittsburgh, PA 15222 and we are open daily from 10am - 6pm. Store related questions? Call us at (412) 338-2333

Do you offer in store pickup?

We do offer in store pickup at our Downtown Pittsburgh location. Simply add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart online and on the checkout page, you will be able to select Pick Up if the items are available in store. We will hold in-store pickups for 7 days. After that, refunds will be issued onto the original form of payment. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do and they’re available in several denominations.  You’ll receive an email directly after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift card or to send as a gift.  They do not expire and have no processing fees.

I'm sending this as a gift, do you include price information in the package?

Don't worry, we only include a packing slip with all orders that just states the items ordered.  There is no price information included.

Do you restock items in the sale section?

If an item is in the sale section, we are no longer restocking it. Grab it before it's gone forever!

What is your return policy?

You deserve to be completely happy with your purchase.  We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges.  Not sure if you like it?  Take your time!  There's no rush because you have 365 days to decide.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Follow the link below and simply enter your customer email and order number.  Then you will be able to select the items you are returning or exchanging.  You will then receive an email within 24 hours providing a prepaid shipping label to mail the items back to us.

Do you accept donation requests?

Throughout the year, Steel City Brand considers a limited number of charitable donations that fit within our focus area. Because demand for our products outweighs our resources, we can only consider a limited number of donation requests. Organizations may only request one in-kind donation per calendar year and will be notified via email if selected. Follow the link below to submit your donation request.

How do I earn points?

Earn points each time you shop online and in store. Points will be earned on each dollar you spend excluding shipping fees and taxes. 

Can I earn points at your retail locations?

Yes! Just be sure to provide your name or account info at the register and our team will apply your purchase to your rewards account. 

Can I redeem points at your retail locations?

If I use a gift card as my payment at checkout, will I receive points?

We do not give points for the part of an order paid with a gift card.

If I just made a purchase and then join the rewards program, can I earn points on that previously made purchase?

Yes! You have 3 days to join the rewards program after purchase in order to earn points on that order. You cannot earn points on orders purchased prior to the 3 day window of joining.

Can I use multiple rewards vouchers at checkout?

You are only able to redeem one voucher per order.

If I make a return, what happens to the points from that purchase?

Once your return is processed, the points you earned from that item(s) will be deducted for your points total.
