I wear a medium usually but in flannels a large sometimes because of shrinkage. I got a medium in this one and it’s way to wide just to big in general. Even after two washes and throwing it in the dryer. Definitely down size unless you’re pretty husky.

Best material I have ever found for my husbands flannels. He wears them to work and at home and loves it.
