Instructions for curbside pick-up:

  1. Once you have added all your desired items to your cart, continue to checkout.

  2. In the checkout process, you will see a pickup option tab. Select our downtown location and continue with your payment. 

  3. You will receive a confirmation email and another email once your order is ready for pickup. 

  4. You will be able to pick up your order Wed. & Fri. between 4-7pm or Sat. 12-3pm.


1.  What days can I place an order for curbside pickup at your store?

You are free to place an order with this option any day of the week. However, you will only be able to pick up on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-7 p.m. and Saturdays from 12-3 p.m. 

2.  Am I able to come into the store to shop?

We are currently only offering shipping and curbside pickup options. We will expand our shopping options in the next coming weeks. 

3.  What if I want a product that is only available in the store?

Unfortunately, we do not have our in-store exclusives available on the website. If you would like to purchase an in-store exclusive product, you can call us at (412) 338-2333 or email us at

4.  What do I do once I arrive at the store to pick up my order?

Just give us a call and a team member will gladly deliver your order directly to your car.

5.  How can I ensure my safety?

Our team members will be wearing a mask and gloves when they deliver your order to your car.

6.  What if I prefer a no-contact option?

No problem! If you prefer this, just inform us when you call upon arrival and we will leave your order outside of the store. 

7. Am I able to purchase online exclusives for curbside pickup?

Unfortunately, no. Online exclusives will only be available to ship. 

8. Why isn't my item available for pickup?

If our storefront does not have inventory for that item, it will not be available for the curbside pickup option.
